Course One:
Roasted Grape and Crispy Kale Salad, with roasted asparagus, almonds, gorgonzola, and cider maple vinaigrette
Course Two:
Ramen Pozole, with hominy, scallions, radishes, avocado, red tortilla chips, cilantro and kidney beans
Course Three:
Roasted Cauliflower & Brussels Sprouts Taco with avocado cilantro mash, jalapeno red cabbage slaw, lime, micro cilantro, guajillo corn tortilla
Dessert:
Mexican Vegan Tiramisu with Chocolate Abuelita, Mexican Coffee, Chickpea Brine, Almond Butter Cream, and Coconut.
Beer pairings TBA. Mixologists Xay and Harrison will create N/A CBD cocktails for purchase
Dinner is $75. Pay online $45 to reserve your seat, you will be charged the remaining $30 in person. This is one you won’t want to miss!
