Chefs Martin Magana and Arnie Gonzales will create a delicious four-course dinner paired with beers.

Doors open at 5, dinner is served at 6p.

1st Course: Pacific Lush Shrimp Rueben Empanadas, chipotle thousand vinaigrette, curtido en escabeche, queso fundido
2nd Course: Mexican-Irish Taco, corned beef barbacoa, caramelized onions, red and green cabbage, oaxaca cheese, jalapeno aioli
3rd Course: Honey-Mustard Glazed Pork Chop, horesradish cabbage puree, smoked lardon, sauteed spinach, mexican beer lager reduction
4th Course: Mexican Car Bomb Cake, kahlua buttercream frosting, mexican stout gananche
